About Brad Allen
Brad Allen, together with his wife, Jeanine, formed SAGE Associates and joined eXp Realty in March 2023. Previously Brad owned and operated Sage Real Estate Services. At Sage Real Estate Services, Brad specialized in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management. Through SAGE Associates brokered by eXp Realty, Brad and Jeanine will offer commercial and residential services to their clients.
Brad came to the commercial real estate business after a twenty-eight-year career in commercial finance. Growing up in Western Montana, Brad attended college at Montana State University in Bozeman. After graduation, Brad began his career in finance as an agricultural lender. In 1989, Brad’s career led him to the Wenatchee Valley where he continued working in agricultural and commercial lending, bank management and financial services.
Brad is a 1996 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, and he earned an MBA in 2007. Brad was licensed by the State of Washington as a real estate broker in 2005 and in 2006 the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts certified Brad as a business appraiser/valuation analyst.
Brad is proud to be a Realtor and embraces the code of ethics and professional standards that Realtor membership mandates. An active member of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors, Brad served the Association as a director and as president in 2019. In January 2020, Brad was honored to be named the North Central Washington 2019 Realtor of the Year.
In May of 2019, Brad completed the Washington Realtors Leadership Institute. Brad served Washington Realtors as a state director and a member of various committees.
During his career, Brad has listed, sold, leased, and managed many commercial properties, he has advised clients about real property investments, provided broker’s price opinions, provided commercial real estate financing secured by office buildings, industrial and retail properties, farms and ranches, multi-family projects, and raw land. He has worked with clients across Washington State, in Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. Brad has worked with bankers, attorneys, developers, government agencies and real estate professionals; he has lobbied lawmakers and agencies in Olympia and Washington, DC. Brad understands how to communicate, negotiate, and facilitate a transaction to achieve a positive result for his clients.
Community service includes the Washington Realtors, North Central Washington Association of Realtors, Central Washington Hospital Foundation, Rotary International, the YMCA, the Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce, and the Wenatchee Downtown Association.
Brad is an avid reader and especially enjoys history and historical fiction. Married to Jeanine since 1982, the Allen's have two grown sons. Jeanine, a registered nurse, retired from health care administration in 2020. In addition to working together at SAGE Associates, Brad and Jeanine enjoy cycling with their friends for health and the opportunity to see the world from a different perspective. Traveling to new places is always a thrill, but there is nothing like the joy of returning home to the Wenatchee Valley.
